Experience: 1 - 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Drive life insurance business through assigned City Union Bank and DBS Bank (LVB) branches.

• Build strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into insurance business.
• Achieve business, productivity, and revenue targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable life insurance solutions.
• Support policy issuance, documentation, and after-sales service.
• Train and motivate bank employees to increase insurance penetration.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance adherence.
