About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions across various functions, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholde management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
