Key Responsibilities ✅ WAN Link Monitoring and Incident Management ✅ LAN Monitoring and L1 Network Troubleshooting ✅ Access Switch Installation, Replacement, and Maintenance ✅ OT Desktop Maintenance and Replacement ✅ Configuration and Support of Zebra & Cipher Scanners ✅ Zebra Printer Configuration, Maintenance, and Replacement ✅ Wi-Fi Assistance and Basic Troubleshooting ✅ Rack Cleaning, Cable Management, and Maintenance ✅ Asset Inventory Management for OT Desktops, Scanners, Printers, and Network Equipment ✅ IP Address Management (IPAM) and Documentation ✅ Incident Reporting, Vendor Escalation, and Follow-up until Resolution

Qualification & Experience 🎓

Education: Diploma or B.E. in Any Discipline 💼

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience in Network/Desktop Support 📜

Certification: CCNA Preferred, but Not Mandatory
