Position Status: 1 Year Contract (Renewable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Source and screen candidates for frontline retail roles across the region. Interview Coordination: Schedule and align panels between line managers and prospective candidates. Onboarding & Operations: Manage pre-offer documentation, central HRMS entries, and coordinate background verifications (BGV).

Who We Are Looking For:

Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA / PGDM in HR is a plus). Experience: 03 years in high-volume hiring, ideally within banking, NBFCs, or staffing agencies (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!). Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, great regional communication skills, and an operations-driven mindset.

Employment Type: Retainer / Contractual
