Role

We are looking for a Poster Creator & Graphic Designer Intern who can create attractive, professional, and brand-focused posters and promotional creatives for our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create posters, banners, social media creatives, and promotional graphics.

• Design visuals for hiring posts, products, campaigns, and company updates.

• Follow brand guidelines, layouts, typography, and visual consistency.

• Develop creative design concepts based on given requirements.

• Edit and improve existing designs when required.

• Coordinate with the HR, marketing, and content teams.

• Deliver designs within assigned deadlines.

• Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends.

Requirements

• Basic to good knowledge of graphic design principles.

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

• Good understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

• Creativity and attention to detail.

• Ability to understand design briefs and work independently.

• A portfolio or samples of previous work will be preferred.

• Students, freshers, and candidates with relevant design skills are welcome.
