About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented recruitment professionals to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and delivering quality talent across multiple domains and skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist suitable candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure of positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support team performance (for Lead/Associate Manager roles).

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong expertise in sourcing and screening candidates across IT domains.
• Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and focus on delivery.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment firms is preferred.
