We're Hiring – Civil Engineer
Verdhix Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Projects & Operations team.
Position: Civil Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Gadchiroli, Maharashtra- Project Sites (As Required)
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3–10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Industrial, Infrastructure, Pipeline, EPC, Commercial, or Mining projects preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction activities
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Manage material planning, measurements, billing, and documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and statutory regulations
Required Skills
- Knowledge of RCC, structural works, foundations, roads, drainage, and industrial civil works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word (MS Project preferred)
- Understanding of estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and billing
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Head
