ITM Skills University is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Faculty FinTech to join our academic team and contribute to industry-oriented learning in the field of Financial Technology.

Educational Qualification

• MBA (Finance) / M.Com / M.Sc. Finance / CA / CFA / FRM / equivalent qualification
• Candidates with a strong background in Finance and Technology will be preferred

Experience

• 2–8 years of teaching and/or industry experience in FinTech, Finance, Banking, or related areas
• Candidates with relevant industry experience and passion for teaching may also apply

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions on FinTech-related subjects.
• Develop course content, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentor students on projects, case studies, and industry applications.
• Guide students in understanding real-world applications of technology in finance.
• Conduct workshops and sessions on emerging trends in FinTech.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in financial technology and digital finance.

• Financial Markets & Digital Finance
• Data Analytics in Finance
• AI applications in Finance
• Risk Management & Regulatory Technology (RegTech)

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to teach and mentor students effectively

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Passionate about teaching and student development.
• Hands-on experience with FinTech tools, projects, or financial technology applications.
• Industry certifications or experience in Banking/Finance/FinTech will be an added advantage.
