**Position:** Accounts Executive (4 Openings)

**Location:** Govandi West, Mumbai

**Experience:** 25 Years (Relevant Accounts Experience Preferred)

**Notice Period:** Immediate Joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days' notice preferred

### **Mandatory Skills & Requirements**

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Financial Processes

Hands-on experience in Invoicing, Bank Reconciliation & Ledger Reconciliation

Good knowledge of Expense Tracking & Financial Reporting

Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and verify customer invoices accurately and on time

* Process and track expenses as per company policies

* Perform Bank Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies

* Conduct Ledger Reconciliation and maintain financial accuracy

* Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and audit documentation

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

* Support internal and external financial reporting

* Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function

**CTC:** Up to **35,000** per month
