We are looking For an experienced and confident Restaurant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Handle events, parties, and special functions from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and customers during events.
• Manage and supervise restaurant staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain restaurant service, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Handle staff coordination during peak hours and events.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective action when required.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for operational requirements.
• Support management in improving sales, service quality, and overall restaurant performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Restaurant / Hotel / Hospitality Management preferred.
• Prior experience in event and party handling will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer dealing skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
