Role & responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Manage vendor registrations, customer registrations, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate legal documentation, contracts, NDAs, and compliance-related activities.
• Develop techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
• Recommend suitable composite materials and engineering solutions for customer applications.
• Coordinate with design, production, quality, and project teams to ensure timely execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Participate in technical discussions, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
• Support RFQs, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM data, and project documentation.

Required candidate profile

NIT/IIT passed out candidates are mandatory.

Required Skills

• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of proposal writing and tender documentation.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and industrial materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
