• Train the trainer
• Facilitate TCI / DCI implementation through effective module development
• Liaison with internal / external training institutes
• Training need identification
• Measuring training effectiveness
• Training calendar and plan
• Maintaining training material repository
• Knowledge up gradation technology
• Technical training resource and infrastructure availability
• Technical material library set-up

Qualification: Any Graduate

Skills:

• Good communication
• Strong mix of people and process skills
• Experts in T & D functions like employees Training, Technical Induction
