Job Overview

We are looking for M.Sc. Chemistry graduates to join our Chemical Manufacturing Operations team. The position is suitable for both freshers and candidates with 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process chemistry, production, or related areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute chemical manufacturing processes as per approved SOPs.
  • Conduct in-process checks and monitor critical process parameters.
  • Ensure proper handling, charging and processing of raw materials and chemicals.
  • Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance and EHS teams for smooth plant operations.
  • Record batch/process parameters and maintain production-related documentation.
  • Identify process deviations and support troubleshooting activities.
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements and chemical handling practices.
  • Support process improvement, yield improvement and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, GMP/quality requirements and EHS standards.
  • For experienced candidates, exposure to batch manufacturing, scale-up, process optimisation and troubleshooting will be preferred.

Eligibility

Freshers:
• M.Sc. Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry
• Strong basic knowledge of chemistry and chemical reactions
• Willingness to work in a chemical manufacturing plant and rotational shifts

Experienced Candidates (2-5 Years):
• Experience in chemical manufacturing / specialty chemicals / process chemistry / production
• Practical knowledge of batch process operations and chemical handling
• Experience in process monitoring, troubleshooting and documentation will be an advantage
