Senior Pega Developer/Lead Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design for case management solutions and ensure guardrails compliance. Integrate PRPC to third-party systems using RESTful Services and design application frameworks. Debug PEGA using tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, Admin, and PDC. Perform performance tuning, mentor team members, and collaborate with architects for end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications & Skills: CSSA certification is mandatory. Requires 5 to 8 years of strong hands-on Pega development experience. Strong expertise in enterprise-scale case architecture, data layers, and UI rules. Experience with DevOps practices for Pega and strong integration skills.

2. Pega Robotics System Architect-CRSA Key Responsibilities: Drive technical solution design and act as the Technical Design Authority for multiple projects. Develop RPA and RDA bots that integrate with various applications using Pega RPA. Test, debug, and manage robotic automation solutions using Pega Robot Manager and Pega Robot Studio. Monitor performance, resolve production-level architecture issues, and ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Pega CRSA certification is mandatory . Requires 5+ years of PEGA RPA implementation experience. Requires 2+ years of development experience in .Net or C#. Strong understanding of Pega Robot Studio, Pega Robot Manager, and Pega Robot Runtime.

3. Senior ABBYY Vantage Developer Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and design of intelligent document processing solutions using ABBYY Vantage. Design and implement multi-step workflows to automate business processes across departments like Finance, HR, and Legal. Train and fine-tune extraction and classification skills to continuously improve accuracy. Customize ABBYY Vantage skills and integrate solutions with enterprise systems like ERP, RPA tools, and databases.

Qualifications & Skills : Deep expertise in ABBYY Vantage, including Skill Design and Document Definitions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET (C#), or Python. Strong understanding of OCR, ICR, NLP, and AI/ML document processing techniques. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.

4. Kofax OCR Application Developer Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business requirements using the Kofax/Tungsten tool. Independently work on Kofax/Tungsten Process solutions and develop technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop corresponding solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications during business hours.

Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Kofax/Tungsten tool is required. Strong experience in enterprise image capture software Kofax Total Agility 7.8 and above. Knowledgeable in installing, upgrading, and maintaining Kofax/Tungsten Total Agility infrastructure.
