Role: Total Service Production Editor Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the production workflow of assigned books or journals.
• Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of production milestones.
• Communicate with authors, editors, and vendors through email regarding project updates and queries.
• Review manuscripts and production files for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to publisher guidelines.
• Follow up on pending tasks and resolve production-related issues.
• Maintain project records and update production tracking systems.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed within the agreed turnaround time.

Required Skills

• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn publishing workflows and quality standards.
