Senior KYC Analyst

Experience

• 5 to 8 Years of Relevant KYC/AML Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews.
• Assess and determine customer risk ratings based on available information and risk indicators.
• Review high-risk client profiles and identify AML-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior analysts.
• Liaise with stakeholders to obtain required documentation and resolve KYC gaps.
• Drive quality, productivity, and adherence to SLAs.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of global KYC/AML regulations and banking practices.
• Excellent risk assessment and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced analytical and investigation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• CAMS Certification or equivalent AML/KYC certification preferred.
• CAMI Certification will be an added advantage.
