Role Highlights:

• Assist in procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements.
• Generate and process purchase orders as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with site teams and Estimation team for material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement databases.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, and other purchase-related documents.
• Support vendor sourcing and development activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores for material replenishment.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain proper records and reports for procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
