We are Hiring For Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants, shopkeepers, retailers, wholesalers, and local business owners.
• Conduct field visits to shops and commercial markets to promote our application/software.
• Explain the features, benefits, and business opportunities offered by our platform.
• Demonstrate how merchants can list, display, and promote their products to potential customers through the application.
• Convince and assist merchants in registering, onboarding, and actively using the platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to encourage long-term engagement.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and merchant onboarding targets.
• Follow up with interested merchants and convert leads into active users.
• Collect merchant feedback and communicate market requirements to the internal team.
• Maintain records of visits, leads, registrations, conversions, and sales activities.
• Monitor competitor offerings and identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1 To 4 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to approach new people confidently and build relationships with business owners.
• Basic understanding of smartphones, mobile applications, and software products.
• Willingness to travel locally and conduct regular field visits.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of the local market and regional language will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail sales, FMCG sales, fintech, e-commerce, or B2B sales will be preferred.
