Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement trends.
• Prepare and maintain reports on purchasing metrics, spending forecasts, and budget variances.
• Assist in negotiating supplier contracts and terms to ensure favourable company outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, PPIC) to forecast material and service needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend optimal reorder points to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions or price fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical sourcing practices.
• Support procurement process improvements through data analytics and automation tools.
• Prepare periodic performance reviews and market trend analyses for management reporting.
