Fixed Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 CTC per month

Age Criteria: 22 to 35 Years

• Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Local candidates will be preferred for better market understanding
• Candidates should be able to join immediately
• Flexible to work beyond duty hours when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach customers with a consultative and need-based sales approach
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their requirements
• Achieve branch sales targets through effective customer engagement
