Way4 Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications on the Way4 platform.
• Configure Way4 modules based on business and functional requirements.
• Develop Way4 business logic, workflows, interfaces, and APIs.
• Integrate Way4 with external banking, payment, and third-party systems.
• Perform production support, issue analysis, and defect resolution.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Mastercard, PCI-DSS, and banking security standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with the OpenWay Way4 Platform.
• Way4 configuration and customization.
• Skills: Oracle Database, SQL/PL/SQL, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, Web Services (REST/SOAP), API Integration, Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting, and Source Control Tools (Git, SVN).
• Payments and Cards Domain: Card Issuing, Card Acquiring, Authorization, Transaction Processing, Settlement and Clearing, ISO 8583 EMV, Debit, Credit and Prepaid Cards, Chargeback and Dispute Management.
