Warranty Management Lead

Position: Warranty Management Lead PSS (Pune)
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring smooth warranty processes for field service operations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams/customers, resolving warranty-related issues, monitoring claims, and ensuring timely closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warranty claims and processes.
• Coordinate with Field Service and other internal teams.
• Handle warranty-related customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor warranty performance and claim closure.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to warranty activities.
• Travel to customer/site locations as required.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business; MBA Operations preferred.

Experience: Relevant experience in warranty claim management and

field services.
