Warranty Claim Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage warranty claims from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely and effective processing.
• Conduct thorough analysis of defects or malfunctions to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with dealerships to resolve issues related to product installation, commissioning, or maintenance services.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for industrial equipment/machinery to minimize downtime and reduce warranty claims.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial automation industry.
• Strong understanding of Preventative Maintenance (PM) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques for troubleshooting complex problems.
