Warehouse Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer demand.
• Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance on tasks and resolving any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements :

• 0-10 years' experience in 3PL logistics or related field.
• Strong understanding of outbound logistics, including dispatch processes and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) software.
