Job Description Warehouse Supervisor oversees end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, kitting, shipping, inventory control, and compliance with ISO standards. You will ensure smooth daily operations, team management, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will work with the warehouse team and report to the Warehouse Team Lead and work onsite in Kancheepuram, India. Your Responsibilities: Lead overall warehouse team across all departments Manage end-to-end operations: Receiving, Putaway, Kitting, Shipping, MRB, and Scrap Ensure accurate GRN posting and material movement in SAP Monitor binning, storage and space use Ensure kitting to support production requirements Oversee outbound operations (picking, packing, dispatch) Plan and implement cycle count and ensure inventory accuracy Investigate stock discrepancies and closure Maintain warehouse KPIs and reports Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, QMS and audit requirements Maintain 5S standards and warehouse discipline Handle workforce planning and shift allocation Maintain skill matrix and conduct employee training Ensure safe usage of MHE (Forklift, VNA, pallet truck) Manage Continuous improvement activities The Essentials - You Will Have: Diploma / Any Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Minimum 15 years of experience in warehouse operations (Manufacturing) Hands-on experience in SAP MM / WM Leadership and team handling skills Knowledge in end-to-end warehouse operations EHS Responsibilities Follow EHS policies and ensure safe warehouse operations Ensure use of PPE and MHE safety Maintain zero accident culture and identify risks Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, by operational needs. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Understanding of ISO 9001 / QMS / audit compliance MHE handling knowledge and safety awareness Familiarity with Lean practices and inventory accuracy improvement projects.
