Warehouse Supervisor

Core Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management
   
• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, turbine components (blades, nacelles, hubs), and consumables.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or WMS systems.

2. Material Handling & Storage
   
• Ensure proper handling and storage of large, heavy turbine parts to prevent damage.

3. Logistics Coordination
   
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, transporters, and project sites.

4. Safety & Compliance
   
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for handling oversized turbine components.

5. Team Management
   
• Supervise warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.

6. Equipment Maintenance
   
• Oversee maintenance and calibration of warehouse equipment (forklifts, cranes, hoists).

7. Support for Production & Projects
