Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Role & responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse operations. Lead and monitor warehouse associates to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee end-to-end inbound and outbound activities.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods. Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement and cycle counting. Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space and floor operations. Monitor WMS activities and maintain accurate system records.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Identify and resolve operational discrepancies and ensure timely closure.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and warehouse operating standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and management for smooth warehouse operations.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Team handling and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Inventory control and cycle counting.
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics.
• Floor operations and space utilization.
• KPI tracking and performance monitoring.
• Good communication and coordination skills
