What You'll Own

• End-to-end warehouse operations
• Inventory planning and stock accuracy
• Inward, storage, dispatch.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock verification.
• Monitor inward and outward material movement and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, production, and other departments.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per business requirements.
• Manage warehouse manpower, shift planning, and daily work allocation.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO and appropriate material storage practices.
• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
• Track logistics and transportation activities and coordinate with transporters.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to inventory, dispatch, productivity, and warehouse performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to reduce costs and turnaround time.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions.
