Wishluck is a D2C e-commerce brand focused on delivering quality products to customers through online marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, unloading, sorting, storage, picking, packing, testing, and dispatch of products.
2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct physical stock audits, track stock movement, and ensure inventory accuracy.
3. Order Fulfilment: Coordinate with e-commerce and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing, accurate packaging, and dispatch.
4. Team & Process Management: Coordinate with warehouse staff, monitor productivity, maintain proper documentation, and ensure warehouse safety and housekeeping.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce company.
• Experience with inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse documentation.
• Knowledge of online marketplaces and platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
