Warehouse Operations Executive

JOB PURPOSE

• To support Warehouse operations at SDC INHY, ensuring compliant, safe, and efficient

handling of materials in accordance with GMP and HSE requirements.

• To ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

standards across all warehouse activities.

• To support material receipt, verification, storage, sampling, dispensing, and inventory control

for all incoming goods.

• To prepare and support audit readiness of warehouse operations.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and strictly adhere to Health, Safety &

Environment (HSE) policies across all warehouse operations.

2. Ensure integrity of data at the workplace by following Data Integrity (DI) principles,

conducting DI checks, and maintaining a compliant working environment.

3. Ensure Good Documentation Practices (GDP) are followed consistently across all

operational activities, records, and documentation.

4. Ensure timely completion of all assigned trainings in the training management tool and

maintain compliance with training requirements.

5. Report any unsafe acts or unsafe conditions observed in the workplace promptly and

support corrective actions.

6. Warehouse Operations Management

- Support day-to-day warehouse operational activities to ensure smooth, compliant, and

uninterrupted material handling.

- Coordinate receipt, verification, segregation, storage, sampling, and dispensing of

materials in line with approved procedures.

- Ensure accurate inventory management and traceability of materials for all incoming

goods.

- Ensure timely identification, segregation, and removal of expired, obsolete, or rejected

materials from warehouse areas in accordance with approved procedures.

- Ensure overall upkeep and maintenance of warehouse areas in compliance with GMP and

HSE requirements.

- Monitor environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) in material storage and management areas and ensure timely actions for excursions. - Plan and monitor assigned warehouse activities to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to timelines. 7. Equipment, Instruments & Maintenance: - Ensure instruments and equipment used in warehouse operations are maintained in a qualified and calibrated state. - Monitor calibration status of warehouse instruments and ensure timely coordination for calibration and maintenance activities. - Ensure preventive maintenance and routine checks are performed as per approved schedules and procedures. - Support installation, qualification, and maintenance activities related to warehouse equipment as required. - Ensure equipment-related documentation is current, approved, and inspection-ready. 8. Quality, Compliance & Audit Support: - Support compliance activities related to warehouse operations and assist during internal, customer, and regulatory audits. - Ensure all warehouse-related documents, logs, and records are readily available and inspection-ready. - Support audit responses, observations, and follow-up actions related to warehouse functions. - Ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and HSE requirements during routine operations and inspections. - Promote ALCOA+, CLIDE, and STOP-THINK-ACT culture within warehouse operations.
