Ensure timely communication of operational risks, action plans and closures.

Conduct regular performance reviews with warehouse teams.

Follow up on open action items and ensure timely closure.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills

3–6 years of experience in Warehouse / E-commerce / Fulfilment / Supply Chain

Operations centrally.

Strong understanding of Outbound warehouse operations.

Experience in manpower planning and productivity management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of warehouse KPIs and operational metrics.

Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Ability to work with large datasets and prepare operational dashboards.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
