Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, and dispatch.
• Prepare and make GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries in Tally Prime.
• Maintain and regularly update Material Inward & Outward Registers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Update and maintain Google Sheets for warehouse-related data and records.
• Perform routine documentation and data-entry activities using MS Office.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for material movement and inventory requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and systematic storage of materials.
• Support stock verification and reconciliation activities.
• Follow company procedures and maintain proper records related to warehouse operations.

• Tally Prime: Required
• MS Office: Required
• Google Sheets: Required
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline with relevant knowledge/experience in warehouse operations preferred.

Freshers with good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Office, and Google Sheets can also apply.
