Warehouse Officer - Civil Materials

Role & responsibilities :

• Receive and inspect civil materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, pipes, tiles, and other construction items.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical inventory checks.
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials to prevent damage or wastage.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement/site teams for replenishment.
• Maintain GRNs, material issue slips, stock registers, and other warehouse documentation.
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping, safety, and proper material stacking.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering .
• 5 - 10 years of experience in construction/site warehouse management.
• Good knowledge of civil construction materials and inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP Systems like SAP/EPICOR will be added advantage.
