Warehouse Manager

• 1. Inventory & Material Management
• Ensure accurate receiving, labeling, and storage of materials as per SOP.
• Manage real-time inventory updates in SAP with 100% accuracy.
• Monitor and control stock levels, minimum reorder levels, and avoid stockouts.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

• Plan and execute daily dispatches based on Sales Orders and priority schedules.
• Generate DC (Delivery Challan), invoices, and other relevant documents accurately and timely.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and vehicle arrangement for dispatch.
• Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, and customers for smooth delivery.
• Timely creation of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) for all inward materials.
• Ensure all materials are received with proper documentation PO, Invoice, E-way Bill, etc.
• Perform material inward and outward transactions in SAP using correct part IDs and location codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse.
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and material flow.
• Regularly review storage conditions and handle non-moving, rejected, or scrap materials as per policy.
• Identify space constraints and plan for rearrangements or expansions.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks based on workload.
• Train team members on safety practices, FIFO/LIFO, and documentation accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements, ISO standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Quality, Sales) for operational alignment.

Requirements

• Required Experience: Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and SAP is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, 5S, and inventory systems.
• Proficiency in SAP (MM Module) system.
• Sound understanding of GRN, DC, PO, SO, and part ID processes.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree /diploma.
• Experience in manufacturing, electrical, or renewable energy sector is a plus.
• Experience Required: 4–6 Years in warehouse/inventory/store managementRole & responsibilities
