Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of agriculture & pesticide warehouses.
• Ensure receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and loading/unloading activities.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO, batch-wise inventory and expiry control.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of pesticides, fertilizers, seeds and agrochemical products.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, damages, shortages and stock ageing.
• Manage team of Supervisors and warehouse manpower.
• Ensure WMS/ERP transactions and MIS reporting are updated accurately.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilisation and operating costs.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, PPE and statutory/customer compliance.

• DAILY :
• Maintaining internal (logistics, accounts) and external coordination (principle company) and reporting to clients and management.
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Maintaining MIS reports
• Planning vehicles (transportation)
• Ensuring proper receipt of stock .
• Proper maintenance of IRA (Inventory record accuracy) reports.
• E-way bill monitoring and tracking.
• 100% compliance of DM Checklist.
• Stock counting
• Ensuring proper temperature of warehouse as well as vehicles.
• Designing the warehouse layout.
• Ensuring customer as well as client satisfaction.
• Carrying out job panning as well as job rotation when required .
• Ensuring compliance to good warehousing practices .
• Legal compliance related to warehouse operations .
• Dispatch efficiency monitoring.
• Handling calls from customers, transporter and principle
