• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure product integrity and minimize losses.
  
• Ensure the warehouse environment adheres to safety, quality, and sanitation standards specific to pharmaceuticals.
  
• Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes.
  
• Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, scheduling maintenance and repairs as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and staff performance for senior management.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred.
  
• Minimum of 10 years experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical storage regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
