Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe handling of goods. This role includes planning and managing stock and inventory levels, supervising receiving and dispatch processes, and maintaining proper storage and documentation. The Warehouse Manager will lead and guide warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to meet service and productivity targets. Additional responsibilities include enforcing safety procedures, coordinating with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams, and using warehouse systems and tools to optimize space utilization and workflow.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate records and minimize variances.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to plan, organize, and optimize warehouse processes.
• Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and knowledge of safe material handling practices.
• Candidates should have experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), basic data analysis, and reporting.
• Candidates should demonstrate leadership abilities, team supervision experience, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred; relevant warehouse management experience is highly valued.
