About this role
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with a strong background in pharmacy or pharmaceutical warehouse operations to manage and control our centralized medicine warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
* Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of medicines.
* Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper stock availability.
* Implement and monitor FEFO/FIFO stock management practices.
* Closely monitor expiry, short-expiry, non-moving and damaged stocks.
* Ensure medicines are stored according to required storage conditions and compliance standards.
* Coordinate timely replenishment and supply of medicines to pharmacy outlets.
* Supervise warehouse staff including billing, picking, packing and dispatch teams.
* Conduct regular stock verification and support inventory audits.
* Investigate and control stock shortages, excess stock and inventory discrepancies.
* Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Operations and Pharmacy Store teams.
* Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with applicable drug licence and pharmaceutical storage requirements.
* Improve warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy and order fulfilment efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
* Mandatory experience in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Warehouse Operations.
* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of medicine inventory, batch numbers, expiry management and FEFO.
* Experience handling a centralized warehouse supplying multiple pharmacy outlets will be highly preferred.
* Good knowledge of inventory/POS/ERP systems and MS Excel.
* Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage high-volume medicine orders and ensure timely dispatch.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with previous experience in pharmacy chains, pharmaceutical distributors, medicine wholesalers or large-scale medical warehouses will be given preference.
