Warehouse Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Raw Material and Finished Goods Warehouse.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and reconciliation.
• Implement and ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse records, stock registers, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for material planning and movement.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the Purchase Department.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work assignments.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, housekeeping, and warehouse best practices.
• Support dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
