Warehouse Manager-Male- Vasai

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse, distribution & supply chain operations across India.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch & reverse logistics.
• Manage inventory accuracy, BOQ verification, stock reconciliation & ERP-based inventory.
• Monitor stock levels, replenishment, PR generation & inter-warehouse stock transfers.
• Manage courier/logistics vendors, shipment tracking, TAT & delivery coordination.
• Resolve delayed, lost, damaged & misrouted shipments and logistics escalations.
• Coordinate stock audits, documentation, compliance, SOPs & safety standards.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, Sales, Projects & Service teams.
• Lead warehouse teams, drive performance, training & process improvements.
• Optimize logistics costs, TAT and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates from the CCTV, Security & Surveillance, Fire Alarm, Access Control or Electronic Security Systems industry will be preferred.
