Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and supply chain logistics.
• Oversee dispatch planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer demands on time.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth warehouse operations, including inventory control, packing, and shipping processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for warehousing operations.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in Warehouse Management or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong understanding of Inventory Management principles and practices; knowledge of SAP an added advantage.
