Warehouse Manager HVAC Equipment & Inventory

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward material operations, including receipt, inspection, storage, issue and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for HVAC equipment, OEM materials, spare parts and consumables.
• Manage stock verification, reconciliation, material tracking and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, procurement, project teams, service teams and transporters.
• Ensure timely material availability and delivery to project sites.
• Supervise warehouse staff, loading/unloading and daily warehouse activities.
• Maintain proper documentation, warehouse discipline, safety and housekeeping.
• Manage inventory and material transactions using Zoho Inventory and Tally.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in HVAC, MEP, engineering or construction.
• Hands-on experience in inward/outward processes, stock management and inventory reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of Zoho Inventory and Tally is required.
• Experience managing warehouse staff and coordinating with OEMs, suppliers and project teams.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Strong ownership and accountability for warehouse operations.
