Role & responsibilities

• Manage Daily Inward And Outward Movement Of Goods, Including Receipt, Storage, Picking, Packing, And dispatch.
• Verify Incoming Materials Against Invoices, Delivery Challans, Purchase Orders, And Other Relevant documents.
• Ensure Proper Storage, Identification, And Systematic Arrangement Of inventory.
• Maintain Accurate Stock Records In Erp/sap Or Other Inventory Management systems.
• Conduct Periodic Physical Stock Verification And Reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor Batch Numbers, Expiry Dates, Damaged Goods, And Stock Movement, Wherever applicable.
• Coordinate With Transporters And Logistics Partners For Timely And Cost-Effective deliveries.
• Follow Up On Delivery Delays, Shortages, Transit Damages, And Proof Of delivery.
• Maintain Records Of Grns, Invoices, Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, Stock Registers, And Dispatch Documents, As applicable.
• Ensure Compliance With Company Sops, Safety Standards, And Applicable Warehouse And Transportation requirements.
• Maintain Proper Documentation For Audits And Internal reviews.
• Prepare Daily Reports On Stock, Inward And Outward Movements, Pending Dispatches, And Inventory discrepancies.
• Support Warehouse Housekeeping, Space Utilization, And Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for candidates with a B.Pharm degree and a valid license, having 2+ years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations. Candidates residing near Mundka, Delhi will be preferred.
