JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for managing vehicle receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, stock reconciliation, dispatch planning, transportation coordination and vehicle tracking. The role will ensure efficient warehouse operations, stock accuracy, timely dispatches and effective control of ageing, losses and logistics costs, supporting the operations of the new warehouses at Kankan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage vehicle receiving, inward inspection, documentation, parking and movement.
• Ensure accurate stock management, FIFO, vehicle tracking and stock ageing control.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification, reconciliation and audit; resolve discrepancies.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle dispatches and deliveries in line with business requirements.
• Coordinate with dealers, transporters and internal teams for timely vehicle movement and delivery.
• Monitor transportation schedules, pending/delayed deliveries and transporter performance.
• Maintain accurate inward, stock, dispatch, delivery and vehicle tracking records.
• Prepare regular MIS and operational reports and highlight ageing, discrepancies and key issues.
• Ensure warehouse security, housekeeping, safety, loss prevention and vehicle protection.
• Supervise warehouse/logistics team, allocate responsibilities and monitor productivity.
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse efficiency, transportation costs and operational controls.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in automotive logistics, warehouse, vehicle dispatch or distribution operations, preferably in the 2-wheeler/automotive industry.
Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, for inventory tracking and MIS reporting.
Language: Good command of English is mandatory; French knowledge will be an added advantage.
