Warehouse Incharge

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager / Manager – Warehouse to oversee the complete operations of Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM) Warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations, dispensing, sampling, receiving, documentation, inventory control, manpower management, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for RM and PM Warehouse operations.

• Manage and supervise material receiving, unloading, inspection, storage, and issuance.

• Ensure proper sampling, dispensing, and material transfer as per approved procedures.

• Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices.

• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.

• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Purchase, and other departments for smooth material movement.

• Ensure timely availability and issuance of RM and PM as per production requirements.

• Maintain warehouse-related records, registers, logbooks, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, GDP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor material status such as Quarantine, Approved, Rejected, and Under Testing.

• Handle ERP Pharmacloud transactions related to receiving, stock, dispensing, and material issuance.

• Prepare and maintain required MIS and warehouse reports.

• Conduct periodic stock verification and physical inventory.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.

• Manage and allocate warehouse manpower according to operational requirements.

• Train, guide, and monitor warehouse staff for efficient and compliant operations.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, pest control, hygiene, and safety within warehouse areas.

• Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling, testing, release, and rejection of materials.

• Ensure proper identification, labeling, storage, and traceability of all materials.

• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits/inspections.

• Ensure timely closure of warehouse-related deviations, CAPA, and observations.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data integrity in warehouse activities.

• Take overall responsibility for the smooth and compliant functioning of the RM & PM Warehouse.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical Warehouse Operations.

• Hands-on experience in RM & PM receiving, sampling, dispensing, and issuance.

• Good knowledge of GMP/GDP and warehouse documentation.

• Strong manpower handling and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.

• Hands-on exposure to ERP Pharmacloud is mandatory.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage warehouse operations independently and handle multiple priorities.
