Warehouse Incharge/ Warehouse Assistant

Role & Responsibilities:

• Warehouse & Logistics: Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and logistics coordination.
• Procurement: Oversee procurement processes for IT equipment and supplies to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to seamlessly resolve issues regarding purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of inventory levels, stock movements, and all vendor interactions.
• Compliance: Ensure strict alignment with company policies regarding supply chain management, sourcing strategies, and project procurement.
