Warehouse Head

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse / Stores professional to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, material movement and line-feeding activities in a large manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound, storage, issuance, line feeding and outbound warehouse operations
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation and cycle counting
• Handle RM, bought-out items, electrical/mechanical components, consumables and project materials
• Ensure material availability as per BOM / production plan
• Monitor FIFO / FEFO, material identification, traceability and storage discipline
• Drive SAP / WMS-based warehouse transactions and inventory accuracy
• Manage 3PL, transporters, contractual manpower and material-handling resources
• Control slow-moving, non-moving, excess and obsolete inventory
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Projects and Finance
• Ensure proper GRN, material receipt, inspection coordination and issue documentation
• Drive warehouse layout optimisation, space utilisation and material-flow improvement
• Ensure compliance with EHS, 5S, SOPs and audit requirements
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, material availability, ageing, productivity and dispatch performance
• Lead and develop the warehouse team across shifts

Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / Graduate with relevant experience. MBA / PGDM in Operations / Supply Chain / Materials Management would be an added advantage.
