Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and dispatch.
  
• Oversee store management activities such as stock control, ordering, and receiving goods.
  
• Ensure efficient supply chain operations by coordinating with logistics teams for timely delivery of products.
  
• Monitor ecommerce operations to ensure seamless execution of online orders and returns processing.
  
• Implement effective warehouse management systems to optimize space utilization and reduce costs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or related field (Retail/FMCG).
  
• Strong understanding of ecommerce sales principles, market trends, and customer expectations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Logistics).
  
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Operations planning, execution, monitoring & controlling processes.
