Warehouse Executive (Finished Goods & Ex-Im)
Location: Greater Noida
Department: Warehouse
Reporting To: Warehouse Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for managing Finished Goods (FG) inventory, warehouse operations, dispatch activities, and coordination of import-export (Ex-Im) documentation and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Logistics, Transporters, and CHA for smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage dispatch and Ex-Im documents, including invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, shipping documents, and customs-related records.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic physical verification.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in FG warehouse operations.
• Working knowledge of Ex-Im processes and documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, logistics coordination, and stock control.
