About this position: We are looking for an experienced Warehouse and Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a warehouse and oversee the daily operations. The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory and maintaining a safe working environment. In this role, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and efficient stock rotation. An ability to work well with a team and strong leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse inventory.
• Create and implement inventory management systems, processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy and stock rotation.
• Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure that all warehouse operations with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
• Execute strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.
• Maintain records and documentation concerning inventory, orders, and shipments.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Executive
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures and best practices
• Ability to manage inventory control systems
• Good communication and organizational skills

Education

• Degree or equivalent
